MFO Crystal JSC

On April 17, 2019, GEL 15 million worth of 2-year bonds issued by the MFO Crystal JSC have been admitted to the category B listing of the Georgian Stock Exchange. Galt & Taggart acted as the placement agent and book runner for the issue.

The floating coupon is set at 400 basis points above the refinancing rate of the National Bank Of Georgia. Bonds will mature on February 1, 2021. The bonds were assigned a ticker - #CRS02L
