MFO Crystal JSC

On May 17, 2018, GEL 10 million worth of 2-year bonds issued by the MFO Crystal JSC have been admitted to the category B listing of the Georgian Stock Exchange. Galt & Taggart acted as the placement agent and bookruner for the issue.

The floating coupon is set at 450 bases points above the refinancing rate of the National Bank Of Georgia. Bonds will mature on December 28, 2019. The bonds were assigned a ticker - #CRS01J.
