m2 Real Estate JSC

On November 14, 2019, USD 35 million worth of 3-year bonds issued by M2 Real Estate JSC have been admitted to the category B listing of the Georgian Stock Exchange.  Galt & Taggart JSC acted as a placement agent and bookrunner for the issue.

The fixed rate coupon is paid semiannually at the rate of 7,5%. Bond will mature on October 7, 2022. The bonds were assigned a ticker - $M205M.
