On December 12, 2017, USD 25 million worth of 3-year bonds issued by M2 Real Estate JSC have been admitted to the category B listing of the Georgian Stock Exchange.  Galt & Taggart JSC acted as a placement agent and bookruner for the issue.

The fixed rate coupon is paid semiannually at the rate of 7,5%. Bond will mature on October 7, 2019. The bonds were assigned a ticker - $M204J.
