Nikora JSC

On November 14, 2019, 3-year bonds of GEL 28 million worth issued by Nikora JSC have been admitted to GSE and assigned to B listing category. The placement was prepared by TBC Capital LTD.

The floating rate bonds carry coupon rate equal to 3m TIBR + 4% and will mature on October 18, 2022. The bonds were assigned a ticker - #NKR02M.
